Here is an edited version of this letter.
Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to express my disappointment with your after sale and customer service. I purchased a second-hand BMW car from your showroom two weeks ago, and three days later I started experiencing gear and heating problems. I called your customer service number after the car developed the problem but nobody answered the phone. In addition to that I sent fours e-mail but unfortunately, I have not received any reply yet.
The BMW I purchased has a manual gear system, and for some reason unknown to me I cannot shift it to the third gear. I am not able to accelerate due to this problem. The car also heats up while driving, and I mostly experience such issues during rush hours.
I request you to take the car back and provide me with a replacement until the company manages to completely fix the problems I mentioned in my letter. My car is still under the 6 months warranty provided to me upon the purchase.
Sincerely yours,
Ayman AL-MARWANI
